KU Theta Parents Club: Reminders, Upcoming Cookie Capers & Floral Purchase Deadline

Each year during the week before Recruitment Week, commonly known as Work Week, we host an event called Cookie Capers where Alumnae and Mothers of current members are invited to the house, with a plate of their favorite cookies, to participate in a mock round of recruitment. This is a great chance for you to come see what we have been working on and for the girls to show off their recruiting skills! After the mock round, we invite you all to stay and enjoy some treats with us!

You can request an active member to be paired up with for the mock round via the RSVP link: https://forms.gle/RehH2QRAwuapJLZR9.

For more information on our Cookie Capers event, please see the graphic below! Thank you for your continued support of our girls. We hope to see you there!

The KU Theta Moms Club is now the KU Theta Parents Club

The KU Theta Moms Club has officially transitioned into the KU Theta Parents Club. The change reflects a broader welcome to all parents and caregivers who want to support KU Thetas and participate in the club’s activities.

The group’s purpose has not changed. The club will continue to organize efforts that encourage, celebrate, and care for Thetas during the school year. The name change simply makes the structure more inclusive for today’s parent community.

The update means families may see references to both names during the transition period. Older materials, saved emails, or previous mentions may still use “Moms Club,” while new communications will use “Parents Club.”
